Working Principle

The working process of an environmentally friendly horizontal self-cleaning filter can be divided into two stages: the filtration stage and the self-cleaning stage.

1. Filter stage

In the filtration stage, untreated water enters from the water inlet of the filter and is evenly distributed to the inside of the filter cartridge through the internal diversion device. Water passes through the filter screen, impurities are intercepted in the filter net, and clean water flows out from the water outlet to complete the filtration process.

2. Self-cleaning stage

As the filtration continues, impurities on the filter screen will gradually accumulate, resulting in an increase in the pressure difference between the filter inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value or reaches the set cleaning time, the control system will start the cleaning mechanism for self-cleaning.
