Working principle

When untreated water or liquid enters the filter through the water inlet, the first thing it encounters is the filter screen inside the filter. The filter screen intercepts solid impurities in the liquid, and the clean liquid flows into the outlet of the filter through the filter screen and is then transported to the place of use. As the liquid continues to flow through the filter, the impurities on the filter screen will gradually accumulate, resulting in a pressure difference between the inlet and outlet of the filter.

 

When this pressure difference reaches a preset value, the pressure difference switch will be triggered, sending a signal to the control system. The control system then controls the sewage valve to open, allowing some liquid to flow back into the sewage pipe to clean the filter screen. During this process, the flow of liquid will not stop, so the Y-type self-cleaning filter can achieve uninterrupted water supply.

 

After the sewage is discharged, the control system closes the sewage valve and the filter resumes normal work. The whole cleaning process does not require manual intervention, which greatly reduces maintenance costs and labor intensity.
