Working principle

When the Y-type self cleaning filter is working, the fluid enters from the filter inlet and flows through the cylindrical filter screen. Impurities are trapped on the filter screen, while the cleaning fluid flows out from the outlet. As the use time increases, the impurities accumulated on the filter screen gradually increase, resulting in an increase in the pressure difference between the inlet and the outlet.

 

When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the pressure difference switch triggers the control system to start the self-cleaning program. The built-in brush system is driven by the motor to rotate, and the impurities on the filter screen are brushed away. At the same time, the sewage valve is opened, and the brushed dirt is discharged through the sewage outlet. After cleaning, the brush stops rotating, the sewage valve is closed, and the filter returns to the normal filtration state.
