Key structural components

1. Cartridge and screen

The heart of a highly automated automatic self-cleaning filter is its cartridge and internal filter screen. 2. Backwash mechanism

Working principle

1. Normal filtering stage

The water flow enters the filter through the water inlet, intercepts impurities through the filter screen, and the clean water flows out through the filter screen for subsequent use or circulation system.

2. Cleaning trigger mechanism

When the accumulated impurities on the filter screen cause the pressure difference between the front and rear to reach the preset value, or according to the preset time interval, the control system will automatically activate the cleaning program.

3. Cleaning process

- Backwashing. Switch valve, so that the direction of water flow is reversed, high-speed water flow or air flow to flush the filter screen, wash away impurities.

- Mechanical scrubbing. The built-in brush rotates or moves to physically scrape away deposits from the filter.

- Sewage discharge. During the cleaning process, impurities are discharged from the filter and discharged to the designated collection place through the sewage valve.
