When the lubricating oil consumption of the compressor increases greatly, check whether the oil filter, pipeline, oil return pipe, etc. Are blocked and cleaned. When the oil consumption is still large, the oil and gas separator generally has deteriorated and needs to be replaced in time; The oil and gas separation filter element should be replaced when the pressure difference between both ends reaches 0.15MPA; when the pressure difference is 0, it indicates that the filter element is faulty or the air flow has been short-circuited. At this time, replace the filter element when it is used.
The general replacement time is 3000~4000 hours, if the environment is poor, the use time will be shortened. The replacement steps are as follows:
(1). External model
a. The compressor is stopped, the air pressure outlet is closed, and the drain valve is opened to confirm that the system has no pressure.
b. Remove the oil and gas separator and replace it with a new one.
(2). Built-in models
a. The compressor is stopped, the air pressure outlet is closed, and the drain valve is opened to confirm that the system is pressure-free.
b. Disassemble the pipeline above the oil and gas barrel, and at the same time remove the pipeline from the outlet of the pressure maintaining valve to the cooler.
c. Remove the oil return pipe.
d. Remove the fixing bolts of the cover on the oil and gas barrel, and remove the upper cover of the barrel.
e. Remove the oil and gas separator and replace it with a new one.
f. Install in the reverse order of disassembly.
Note: When installing the return pipe, it must be inserted into the bottom of the filter element. When replacing the oil and gas separator, pay attention to electrostatic discharge, and connect the inner metal mesh with the shell of the oil drum. Approximately 5 staples can be stapled on each of the upper and lower pads, and the staples should be booked thoroughly to prevent electrostatic accumulation from igniting and exploding. It is necessary to prevent unclean products from falling into the oil drum to avoid affecting the operation of the compressor.
