Structural composition

The efficient perforated plate composite sintered wire mesh is mainly composed of the following parts:

1. Perforated plate

As a substrate, it provides structural strength and stability. The perforated plate is usually round or square holes, and the material is mostly 304 stainless steel. There are also cases where 316L stainless steel is used to adapt to different corrosive environments.

2. Multi-layer wire mesh

These wire mesh layers are superimposed on the perforated plate, and the mesh number of each layer is different to meet different filtration accuracy requirements. The material of the wire mesh can also be 304 or 316L stainless steel to ensure overall corrosion resistance.

3. Sintering process

Manufacturing process

The manufacturing process of the efficient perforated plate composite sintered wire mesh mainly includes the following steps:

1. Material selection. Select suitable perforated plate and wire mesh materials, usually 304 or 316L stainless steel.

2. Punching. Punch the perforated plate to form the required hole shape and size.

3. Stacking. Stack multiple layers of wire mesh on the perforated plate in a certain order and direction.

4. Sintering. Put the stacked materials into the sintering furnace for high-temperature sintering, so that the layers of materials are fused together to form a solid whole.

5. Cooling. After sintering, cool the material to room temperature.

6. Post-processing. Cut, bend, stamp, stretch, weld and other processes as needed to make the final product form.
