The Water Filtration System Horizontal Self-Cleaning Filter is mainly composed of the filter cylinder, the sewage valve, the driving device, and the control system. Among them, the filter cylinder is the main part of the filter, and the filter screen is installed inside to intercept impurities in the water; the sewage valve is located at the bottom of the filter to discharge the filtered impurities; the driving device is the key component to realize the automatic cleaning function, which drives the cleaning brush to rotate through the motor to remove impurities on the filter screen; the control system is responsible for monitoring the running status of the filter and controlling the cleaning process.

 

When water enters the filter cylinder of the horizontal self-cleaning filter from the water inlet, the impurities in the water are intercepted by the filter screen on the inner wall of the cylinder, and the clean water flows out from the water outlet through the filter screen. With the extension of the filtration time, the impurities on the filter screen gradually increase, resulting in an increase in the pressure difference between the filter inlet and outlet. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value or the set cleaning time, the control system will automatically start the cleaning program. At this time, the driving device drives the cleaning brush to rotate, remove the impurities on the filter screen and discharge them from the sewage valve with the water flow. After the cleaning is completed, the filter automatically resumes the filtering state and continues to intercept impurities in the water.
