1. Housing

Working principle

1. Filtration process

When the water flows through the fully automatic Y-shaped brush-type self-cleaning filter, the mechanical impurities in the water are intercepted by the filter screen and left on the surface of the filter screen.

2. Differential pressure detection

As the surface area of the filter screen accumulates impurities, the pressure difference on both sides of the filter screen gradually increases. When the pressure difference reaches a set value, the differential pressure switch sends a signal.

3. Automatic cleaning

After the controller receives the signal of the differential pressure switch, it sends an instruction to the cleaning motor to start the cleaning mechanism. The cleaning brush starts to rotate, clean the filter screen, and brush off the impurities on the filter screen.

4. Sewage discharge

During the cleaning process, the sewage valve is opened, and the impurities deposited on the filter screen are discharged through the sewage outlet.

5. Cleaning is completed

After cleaning, the controller turns off the cleaning motor and the cleaning mechanism stops working. The filter screen resumes the filtering function and the system resumes normal operation.
