Principle

The working principle of the fully automatic vertical leaf filter is based on the vibration slag discharge and double-sided filter plate. When the liquid passes through the leaf filter, the solid particles in it will be intercepted by the filter plate, while the pure liquid will pass through the filter plate to enter the next stage of processing. The vibration device can vibrate the filter plate regularly or as needed to discharge the solid particles accumulated on the filter plate and maintain the filtration efficiency.

 

Structure

The fully automatic vertical leaf filter is mainly composed of the following components:

1. Cylinder

The cylinder of the leaf filter is usually made of carbon steel or stainless steel (at customer's discretion), which has good corrosion resistance and structural strength and can withstand working conditions in high pressure and high temperature environments.

2. Filter plate

Filter plate is one of the key components of the leaf filter, usually double-sided design to increase the filtration area and filtration efficiency. Filter plate materials are diverse and can be selected according to different application requirements. Common materials include stainless steel, plastic and ceramics.

3. Vibration device

Working process

The working process of a fully automatic vertical leaf filter can be divided into the following steps:

1. Feed

The liquid enters the cylinder of the leaf filter through the feed port.

Step 2 Filter

The liquid passes through the double-sided filter plate inside the cylinder, the solid particles are intercepted on the filter plate, and the pure liquid passes through the filter plate to enter the next stage of processing.

3. Vibration slag removal

When the solid particles on the filter plate accumulate to a certain extent, the vibrating device starts to work, vibrating the filter plate to discharge the solid particles.

4. Discharge

After filtration and vibration slag removal, the liquid flows out from the discharge port to complete the filtration process.
