Working Principle

The working principle of the fully automatic sucking type self-cleaning filter is divided into two stages: filtration and self-cleaning.

1. Filtration Stage

Water enters the filter from the inlet and passes through the filter screen. The screen directly intercepts impurities such as suspended solids and particles in the water. The clean water flows out through the screen and is discharged through the outlet.

2. Self-cleaning Stage

As impurities accumulate on the inner wall of the filter screen, the inlet and outlet pressure difference of the filter gradually increases. When the preset value is reached or the predetermined cleaning time is exceeded, the filter will start the self-cleaning process.

The self-cleaning process mainly includes the following steps: (1) Open the automatic blowdown valve located on the filter. (2) Use a bidirectional motor-driven suction scanner to perform a spiral scanning motion, suctioning the impurities on the inner wall of the filter screen and discharging them through the blowdown valve.
