Coalescence Dehydration Oil Purifier

The AOP-D series coalescence dehydration oil purifier is optimized and designed by using a coalescing filter element made of special hydrophilic materials and a dehydration filter element made of hydrophobic materials, configured in a certain proportion. According to the different physical effects of water mixed in the oil, the free water and emulsified water in the oil are coalesced into larger diameter water droplets after passing through the coalescing filter element, and then a large number of water droplets are separated through the dehydration filter element, and are automatically discharged under the action of gravity. This system integrates functions such as automatic demulsification, high-efficiency dehydration, and precision filtration. It can effectively filter out moisture and impurities in the oil and is suitable for online automatic filtration of turbine oil and lubricating oil systems, and is especially effective for online filtration of leaking units.
