The low resistance large flow sintered wire mesh is a porous filter material made of high-opening area metal meshes as the support layer and the filter layer superimposed by a specific process. It has the characteristics of high air permeability, low resistance and large flow.

 

It is formed with a structure with high mechanical strength and overall rigidity through a special manufacturing process, combined with multiple layers of metal braided wire mesh. This sintered mesh not only performs well in filtration efficiency, but also realizes a large flow rate filtration ability while maintaining low resistance.

 

Structure and manufacturing process

The low resistance large flow sintered wire mesh is made of multi-layer metal woven wire mesh through special lamination pressing and vacuum sintering processes. These wire meshes are usually made of stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant metals, and the mesh holes of each layer of wire mesh are staggered to form a uniform and ideal filtration structure.

In the manufacturing process, multiple layers of wire mesh are stacked in a certain order, and then the layers are tightly bonded together by high-temperature sintering. The sintering process is usually carried out in a vacuum environment to ensure good bonding between the metal layers while avoiding oxidation and other possible contamination.

1. Low resistance

4. High temperature resistance

The sintered wire mesh can be used in high temperature environments, and its temperature resistance depends on the metal material used. It can usually operate in the temperature range of -200 °C to 600 °C.

5. Corrosion resistance

Sintered wire mesh made of corrosion-resistant materials such as stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and is suitable for corrosive environments such as chemical and petroleum.

6. Filtration accuracy
