High Strength Six-Layer Metal Sintered Mesh

The high strength six-layer metal sintered mesh is a new type of filter material. It is is made of six layers of stainless steel wire mesh through special lamination pressing and then vacuum sintering. The mesh holes between each layer of wire mesh are interlaced to form a uniform and ideal filtration structure. The gap size, permeability and strength characteristics of the material are optimized. - Number of layers

The high strength six-layer metal sintered mesh consists of six layers of stainless steel wire mesh, which are formed by special lamination pressing and vacuum sintering.

The mesh holes between the layers of wire mesh are interlaced to form a uniform and ideal filtering structure.

Compared with the standard five-layer mesh, the six-layer sintered mesh adds a layer of 8-mesh or 12-mesh square hole mesh on the basis of the standard five-layer mesh, thereby improving the overall strength and diversion performance.

The standard material is usually stainless steel such as SUS304 and SUS316L.

Dimensions include 1000mm*500mm, 1000mm*600mm, 1000mm*1000mm, 1200mm*1000mm, 1200mm*1200mm and other options.

The filtration accuracy can reach 1~300μm to meet different filtration needs.
