Working principle

1. Filtration stage. The water flow enters the filter from the water inlet, intercepts impurities through the filter, and the clean water flows out through the filter.

2. Identify and start backwashing. The built-in intelligent control system (such as PLC or PAC) monitors the pressure difference at both ends of the filter through the differential pressure controller, and automatically starts the backwashing program when the pressure difference reaches the set threshold.

3. Backwash stage. Reverse the direction of water flow, use system water pressure or external power source to flush the filter, and discharge the trapped impurities from the sewage outlet.

4. Restore filtration. After the backwash is over, the water flow direction returns to normal and the filter starts working again.
