The cylinder body is usually made of 304 or higher standard stainless steel material to ensure corrosion resistance and strength. Working principle

1. Filtering process

When untreated water enters the filter cylinder from the inlet, the water first passes through the filter screen, which intercepts impurities such as suspended solids and particles in the water, allowing cleaner water to pass through the filter screen and flow out from the outlet. As the filtration process continues, the accumulation of impurities on the filter screen will cause the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet to gradually increase.

2. Backwash process

When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the pressure difference controller triggers the backwash operation. First, the water flow guide valve is switched to cut off the water inlet of the filter, and then the sewage outlet is opened to initialize the filter surface from the inside of the filter screen. In this way, the impurities intercepted by the filter screen will be washed away by the water flow and discharged from the barrel with the water flow from the sewage outlet.

3. Automated operation

The entire backwash process is completed automatically by the built-in control system without manual intervention. Once the backwash is over, the water flow guide valve is readjusted to the filtration state, and the filter continues to perform normal filtration operations.
