This process is triggered by a signal from the pressure sensor. The system will reverse the flow of compressed air or other gases through the filter cartridge to help remove the filter cake layer. At the same time, a valve at the bottom of the cylinder will open to expel the falling solid material.

 

The reconstruction and new cycle of the filter cake layer

After the removal is completed, the system will rebuild a new "filter cake layer" and start a new round of filtration cycle. This process is automated, ensuring the continuity and productivity of the filtration operation.
