Sintered Metal Fiber Composite Filter Element

Sintered metal fiber composite filter element is a new type of filter material with high strength and overall rigidity, which is made of multi-layer metal sintered mesh pressed by special lamination and sintered by vacuum. The layer number and mesh number are designed reasonably according to different service conditions and applications of the sintered metal fiber composite filter element. Because the pressure-resistant skeleton and the filter screen are actually sintered into one, it has higher mechanical strength, better backcleaning effect, and small pressure drop loss. It has been widely used in filtration equipment such as only self-cleaning equipment, intelligent pressure differential water treatment equipment as well as food and beverage filtration equipment.
