Sinter Metal Filters

Sinter metal filters are those produced with sintering technology, designed to perfectly combine metal membrane materials, pore structure, composition and pressure strength. With longer service life and consistent filtration effects, variants of these filters are compatible and designed for a variety of harsh operating environments such as high pressure, high temperature, corrosive chemicals, etc.

Sinter metal filters are robust and durable, and show excellent performance in separating particulate matter from liquid or gaseous process streams. In addition to withstanding higher temperatures, sinter metal filters exhibit other criterion that proves the superiority of sintered elements: corrosion resistance. Further more, the using cost of such filters is considerably low as they can be cleaned multiple times by backblow cleaning and reused with the same filtration efficiency.

Available materials: Stainless Steel (standard 316L), Hastelloy, Inconel, Monel, Bronze, Titanium, and special alloys on request.
