Sintered Filter Elements

Sintered filter elements serve as an ideal filtration material for occasions where the compressive strength is high and the filtration particle size is uniform. Generally, a five-layer structure is adopted in sintered filter elements: one protective layer, one precision control layer, one dispersed layer and two reinforcement layers respectively. The multi-layer sintered structure ensures the sintered filter elements boasts very high mechanical strength and great rigidity on the one hand and stable filtering accuracy on the other hand.

5.Wide range of filtration accuracy to meet various application requirements;

6.Produced by unique ultra-precision welding technology, and is firm and durable and has no release of fluid pollution;

7.Can be treated by backblow cleaning, backwash cleaning, ultrasonic cleaning, chemical method, online steam sterilization, etc.

8.Can be cleaned and regenerated, and can be used repeatedly after washing, with good economy.
