Working process

The high efficiency industrial automatic self-cleaning filter works based on the process of mechanical filtration and automatic cleaning. Its core part is a fine filter screen made of stainless steel or other corrosion-resistant materials, which can intercept impurities, suspended solids and particulate matter in the water flow.

1. Filtering process:

- Water or other fluids enter through the filter inlet.

- The fluid passes through a coarse filter screen to remove large particles of impurities.

- The coarsely filtered fluid then passes through a fine filter screen, which intercepts smaller suspended matter and particles for fine filtration.

- The filtered cleaning fluid flows out of the filter through the water outlet.

2. Automatic cleaning process:

- When the pressure difference between the front and rear of the fine filter screen reaches a certain value, it indicates that the filter has accumulated a certain amount of impurities and needs to be cleaned.

- The cleaning process is usually triggered by a differential pressure switch or timer, and the control system activates the cleaning program.

- The drain valve in the filter is opened, and the pressure in the cleaning chamber and suction line is reduced.

- The negative pressure suction generated at the suction nozzle between the suction line and the cleaning chamber sucks the impurities adhered to the fine filter screen into the suction pipe.

- At the same time, a cleaning mechanism such as a hydraulic motor or brush starts to operate to further remove the residue on the filter screen.

- During the cleaning process, water can still flow out of the filter outlet, ensuring an uninterrupted production process.

- After cleaning is completed, the drain valve is closed and the system returns to its normal filtration state.

3. Sewage discharge process:

- During the cleaning process, the impurities and sewage that are sucked out will be discharged out of the filter through the sewage valve.

- The sewage discharge process is usually completed in a few minutes, depending on the size of the filter and the degree of contamination.

- After the sewage is completed, the sewage valve is closed and the filter continues to perform its normal filtration tasks.
