Operating principle of Fully automatic backwash filter

The filtered liquid enters the filter from the inlet and enters the filter screen through the lower fixed plate. The liquid flows from the inside of the filter screen to the outside and out of the filter barrel.Back flush discharged impurities are discharged from the outlet.

As liquid flows from the inside to the outside of the screen, solid particles are trapped inside the screen.With the increase of pollutants, the pressure difference between the contaminated side and the clean side of the filter increases gradually.

When the pressure difference reaches the set value, the pressure difference gauge sends the signal and the filter starts the automatic backwash process.

Backflush process

1. The deceleration motor drives the washing arm to rotate through the intermediate shaft, and the rotation Angle of the washing arm is controlled by the photoelectric positioning switch to align it with the filter screen to be cleaned.

2. Open the blowdown valve to make the pressure difference between the outside of the cleaned filter (the cleaning side) and the blowdown.

3. Under the effect of pressure difference, the liquid flow on the cleaning side flows from the outside to the inside of the filter screen, and the pollutants accumulated in the inside of the filter screen are washed away and discharged from the filter through the sewage outlet.

4. The backwash time of each filter screen has been set. When the backwash setting time is reached, the blowdown valve will close and the backwash process of the filter screen will be completed.

5. After all the screen cleaning is completed, the flushing arm returns to the original position under the control of the photoelectric switch - end of the backwash cycle.

6. Since backwash is the washing process of a set of strainers, the strainers can still maintain a continuous filtration state of liquid flow during the backwash process.


Production Feature

1. Adopt the new internal mechanical structure, realize the backwash function in the real sense, can effectively remove the impurities left by the filter screen, clean no dead Angle, no flux attenuation, guarantee the filtration efficiency and long service life.

2. Wedge filter screen made of 304, 316L, 2205, MONEL and other materials is selected, with high strength, high precision, corrosion resistance and filtering accuracy up to 25 microns.

3. Automatic backwash is realized through its own retrieval and strain function, which can deal with unstable water quality fluctuation without manual intervention.

4. The control system is responsive and operates accurately, and can flexibly adjust the setting values of backwash pressure difference and time according to different water sources and filtration accuracy.

5. In the process of backwash, each group shall perform backwash operation successively;Ensure that the strainer is cleaned safely and efficiently, and that other strainers are not affected. Continue filtering.

6. Adopt pneumatic blowdown valve, the backwash time is short, the backwash water consumes less water, environmental protection and economy.
